Well, our client creates top of the range office interior spaces (including layouts and all furniture) for large corporate companies.
Head officed in Johannesburg, we are looking for a dedicated New Business Exec in the satellite office here in Cape Town.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Work to a sales target and KPIs
  • Work remotely with the JHB based Sales team
  • Create and identify sales opportunity
  • Seek out new business leads by keeping an ear to the ground, networking, reading newspapers, newsletters, etc. 
  • Cold call to secure appointments to present the business
  • Meet and present pitches at CEO, FD level.  
  • Create, maintain and develop long term relationships for the company, through customers, suppliers, networks and markets 

Experience required:

  • Proven track record in Sales
  • A natural ability to engage with people at all levels, to listen, to probe, to develop trust
  • Experience working in the property industry would be a huge advantage
